Your files
Filezeug converts files inside your web browser, on your own device. Your files are not uploaded to us or to anyone else, and we have no file storage. The site’s security policy tells your browser to refuse sending data to any other website, so this is enforced by your browser, not just promised.
Site statistics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many people visit and which pages they use, so we know what to improve. It doesn’t set cookies and never sees your files. We have no advertising and we don’t sell data.
Filezeug also counts anonymous, aggregate usage, such as which conversions are used, which file types it can’t handle yet, and whether a visit came from an AI assistant or a search engine, without recording your files, file names, sizes or anything that identifies you, and it doesn’t count anything if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal.
Hosting
The website is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes basic technical information when your browser requests a page (such as your IP address and browser type) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Your files are never part of those requests.
What’s stored on your device
If you choose to take Filezeug home (save it for offline use), your browser keeps a copy of the website on your device. If you have Filezeug Pro, your Pro entitlement is stored on your device too. Neither contains your files or personal details, and you can remove them at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser.
Buying Pro
Purchases are handled by Stripe, which acts as the seller (merchant of record) and processes your payment. Stripe shares order details with us, such as your name, email address, country and what you bought, so we can provide support and keep business records. We never see your full card details. Stripe’s own privacy policy covers how it handles your information.
After you pay, Filezeug sends your checkout reference to its server once so it can be confirmed with Stripe. No files or file contents are sent during activation. Like other requests to the site, Cloudflare may process basic technical information needed to deliver and protect the service. Your Pro entitlement contains no name, email address or file information.
Emailing us
If you email support@bluelotuslaboratories.com, we use your message and address only to reply. Please don’t send files you don’t want us to see; the Technical details option in Filezeug creates a description of a file without its contents.
Changes
If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and the date below.
